and surrounding areas for over 11 years.  I am on every site to make sure the is done right.

Description of Work and Materials We Use

30-year Elk, laminated shingle is rated as one of the best shingles made and seals better than any other shingle.

15 year non-prorated warranty directly from Elk.  Longest warranty in the area.

Shinglevent II is used which helps prevent ice dams, and keeps your house cooler in the summer.

Vycroselect installed on eaves and valleys to help prevent ice dams and helps the shingles to seal better.

New boot flashings on all vent pipes.

New metal flashing installed when needed.

Insulating can be done at the time of roofing, with 50% rebate offered through MidAmerican Energy and Alliant Energy. I am a preferred contractor for both companies.
